Hello, Artistic Phoenixes and Writerly Dragons!
With Fyrecon next month, we wanted to give you some important updates and reminders.
SCULPTER
Master Class: Rudiments of Sculpture
Devon Dorrity is a sculptor of fantastic beasts and beautiful creatures. His work has been included four times in Spectrum: The Best in Contemporary Fantastic Art. His monumental sized bronze sculpture, Queen of the Seas, was included in the Best of Spectrum Exhibit in New York City’s Museum of American Illusion.
We are honored to host Devon’s master class, Rudiments of Sculpture. This 4-hour class is being held on Saturday, June 23, and is limited to 10 students.
We’re excited to announce that Jeff Sturgeon is loaning us some art to display at Fyrecon 2 this year! Jeff has done covers for the band Rush and author Kevin J. Anderson.
