This registration is for Subject Matter Experts's only. If you wanted submit classes to the writing art, or game development waves you must complete the main registration form. The SME registration form will not allow you to submit classes for other areas.

SME Wave

Class Types

  • Classes
    Classes should include a short, interactive exercise (not Q&A) if possible.
    1 hour with up to 2 presenters*
    Round Tables
    Round Tables are academic discussions a particular subject including the small audience.
    1 hour with up to 3 presenters*
    Workshops
    Workshops may include a short lecture but are mostly hands on activities.
    2-3 hours with up to 2 presenters*

Submission Examples

Here are some subjects previously included in the SME track:

  • Blood Basics for Beginning Writers
  • Aliens among us: Weird and wonderful things insects do, a few examples from insect behavior and biology
  • Textiles and Technology
  • Choose-Your-Own-Adventure: the Copyright Edition

While this is a sample, it is not inclusive. We are looking for classes from weaponry and fighting, to craftsmanship, to technology, and much, much more. We'd love to hear your proposals from your area of expertise.
